Puzzle 67.  TURNING COINS

Place 12 coins on the table heads up.  In each move, you are only allowed to turn over 5 coins at a time, no more and no less.  If a coin is head side up, turning it over would result in tail side up position, and vice versa.  What is the minimum number of moves so that all the coins can be tail side up.  What are the moves?
